A Property Damage Mitigation Manager is responsible for the fast response to emergency water damage claims and other restoration-related activities within the geographical territory.
You will play a primary role in bringing order out of chaos.
Primary customer contacts are residential and commercial customers and their insurance providers. The work environment is fast-paced, highly competitive and requires travel in a company owned vehicle within the territory.
Understanding the project Service Level Agreements with our clients is one of the most important aspects of this position . Adherence to our insurance carrier clients estimating and project management expectations is paramount for success.
We are looking for project managers who can respond to Water damage claims, Fire damage claims, Smoke damage claims and other property damage emergencies quickly. You must be able to put our clients at ease and take control of the situation in order to put a plan into action and communicate it clearly with the customer and their insurance provider.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Clear Communication about job overview, timelines and setting expectations
- The ability to write estimates quickly
- Overcome obstacles efficiently (FIND A WAY)
- Take good clear photos and provide support for estimates.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with insurance companies via Xactanalysis.
- Execute Contracts accurately, Get all project related documents executed accurately and timely.

Allied Restoration Co is looking for Water Damage mitigation managers who are responsible for handling new and ongoing water damage claims with integrity and excellence. Duties will include initial job-site inspection, secure jobs and perform structural drying per the IICRC standards.
A qualified candidate must have good writing skills and have an attention to detail. We are seeking highly motivated people to join our team of Insurance claims professionals.

Duties will include initial job-site inspection, secure jobs, manage job information, communicate with clients and perform structural drying per the IICRC standards. A qualified candidate must have good written and communication skills and have an attention to detail. We are seeking highly motivated people to join our team of Water Damage Restoration Technicians.
Essential Functions:
- Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team.
- Must be able to Interface with clients to secure jobs, acquire work agreements, communicate with clients throughout project process,
- This position also requires the applicant to perform basic administration of all project documents and information as well as be able to effectively manage your jobs
- Construction Experience a plus

- Outstanding personal skills and the ability to think on your feet is a necessity.
- Must be an outgoing, personable individual who makes a good first impression with customers.
- IICRC Certification is a plus but not a requirement.

- Physically able to work in PPE including respiratory protection.
